Welcome to the Michigan State University Running Club!
Who are we? The MSU Running Club is the perfect combination of competitiveness and club camaraderie. We believe novice runners can gain a great deal of experience by being part of the MSU Running Club and any runner who stays with the club will become a faster, more efficient runner.
We have three competitive seasons (cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track). Under the affiliation of the National Intercollegiate Running Club Association (NIRCA), we compete against other club teams from across the nation. We even have cross-country and track & field National meets, the latter of which includes a variety of field events and a road-race half marathon in addition to regular running events. If competing isn't your thing, that's okay, too! Our members vary in speeds and training distances and we encourage anyone who is interested in staying in shape, making friends, and having a good time to come check us out. If this website doesn't answer your questions or you have further inquiries, feel free to contact us.
One of the great things about any club is meeting new people and MSU Running Club is no different. So get off the futon, throw on some running shoes, and come out and run with us!
Practice Schedule Practice will be held Monday-Friday: 5:00 p.m @ IM West Saturday (Long runs): 10:00 a.m. @ IM West
A special thank you goes out to ASMSU for their continued support in helping to fund our club!
